1112.1 Coverage of Board Education Meetings- Photographing, Broadcasting, or Recording Meetings

Consistent with statute, it shall be the policy of the Board of Education to permit proceedings at any meeting to which the public has access to be photographed, broadcast or recorded, subject to the following rules:


1.     Persons who wish to photograph, broadcast or record the proceedings of the meeting shall do so as  inconspicuously as possible, and in such manner as not to disturb the proceedings.


2.     If, in the judgment of the Chairperson of the Board of Education at a Board meeting, a person causes  disruption to the orderly conduct of the public business, he/she may be removed from the meeting at the discretion of the Chairperson.
