2221 Administrative Council
To provide for a two-way flow of information and effective action resulting from group thinking, the Superintendent shall establish an Administrative Council. The Administrative Council is organized to assist the Superintendent in executing the multiple responsibilities of his/her office. The members of the council include but are not limited to the following positions: Superintendent of Schools, Directors, Principals, Assistant Principals, Supervisors and Business Manager.
The mission of the council is to gather ideas, to express opinions, to represent school personnel and to make recommendations. The council acts in an advisory capacity.
