3140 Public Review of Budget

The Board shall hold a public district meeting to present a proposed budget for the next fiscal year. Any person may recommend the inclusion or deletion of expenditures at that time. After the public hearing, the Board shall prepare an annual budget for the next fiscal year, make available on request copies thereof and deliver a reasonable number to the Board of Finance.

Notice of Public Budget Meeting

Notice of the time and date of the public budget meeting will be given within five (5) days of such date.
