4120 Temporary and Part-Time Personnel

The Board of Education shall employ such persons as may be needed to conduct the business of the school district in accordance with Board policy and state statutes and regulations of the Commissioner of Education.

The Superintendent of Schools may hire temporary personnel in advance of official action by the Board if required to ensure the continuity of the district’s functions and program. The Superintendent shall report such actions to the Board at the first available opportunity at a Board meeting.
