5139 Participation Fees for School Activities

Resident students attending school within this District shall not pay for any items, materials, or services that are required for awarding an academic grade, for promotion to another grade level, or for graduation from high school. 

User fees may be charged for those things that have been determined by the Superintendent to be incidental to the educational goals of the school system, as well as for participation in the middle school/high school interscholastic athletic program, and school-sponsored extracurricular clubs.
