It is the policy of the Board of Education to inform the Town's executive branch of the need for a  facility or facility renovation. The Town will then consider incorporating the construction project  into its Capital Improvement Budget. The Board of Education shall provide the Town executive  branch with a preferred schedule and a cost estimate.
