9120 Officers and Auxiliary Personnel

Organizational Meeting 


The Board shall every two years, not later than one month after the date on which newly elected members take office, elect from its number a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. The new officers shall take office upon election. A record of the votes cast by individual members shall be minuted in accordance with statute. 



Term of Board Officers 


The officers of the Board shall consist of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers shall hold office for a term of two (2) years and until their successors are elected and have qualified, except in case of removal as provided in Bylaw 9222. 


Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, or Treasurer, the Board shall elect a new officer to fill the vacancy during the unexpired term of office  within thirty (30) days of the vacancy.
