9312 Formulation, Adoption, Amendment of Bylaws

Amendments to the bylaws must be proposed in writing at a regular meeting and referred to the next regular meeting of the Board. A two-thirds vote of the whole Board in favor of the proposed bylaw or amendment(s) shall be necessary for adoption.
